Shipping policy

Every item in the The Digital Cacti shop is made to order through our print-on-demand partner — nothing is pre-printed or warehoused, so please allow extra time compared to buying something off a shelf.

Production time: most items are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

Shipping time: once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days within the United States, and longer for international orders. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We don't control carrier delays once a package leaves the print facility, but reach out if something seems stuck and we'll help track it down.
