Terms of service

By ordering from The Digital Cacti, you agree to the following:

The art: all artwork sold here is original to The Digital Cacti. Buying a print or product gives you the physical item — it doesn't transfer any right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the underlying image.

Orders: we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if something's mispriced or unavailable through our print partner; you'll be refunded in full if that happens.

Pricing: prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, though a price change never affects an order you've already placed.

Liability: The Digital Cacti is a small independent shop; to the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products.
